Motion graphics and 3D work gave me a way to solve visual problems that live-action footage could not handle on its own: titles, animated elements, large-format event screens, 3D assets, compliance visuals, game-adjacent media, and experimental studies in light, motion, and texture.
This work sits somewhere between design support and production infrastructure. Sometimes the job was to make a video feel complete. Sometimes it was to build a visual system for a live room. Sometimes it was simply to explore how movement, depth, and timing could make an idea easier to understand or harder to ignore.
Role
01Created titles, animated graphics, 3D elements, lighting, and rendered assets for client video projects.
02Designed motion compositions for large-format live event screens and ultrawide projection environments.
03Used Cinema 4D, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Unreal Engine, RealFlow, and related tools across production contexts.
04Built experimental 3D studies to explore lighting, animation, shading, sound effectors, rendering, and timing.

Freeport-McMoRan
Two video projects for Freeport-McMoRan locations in Empire and Leadville, Colorado, produced for MSHA compliance and environmental context. The work combined onsite filming with post-production visual support, including titles, 3D elements, lighting, and animation designed to make technical and site-specific material clearer for the final videos.
For The Ladon Device, I supported a small game project with 3D modeling, motion graphics, gameplay-adjacent media, and web materials. This work blurred the line between production asset, promotional media, and world-building support, which made it a useful early example of creative technology in miniature.
Experimental Cinema 4D studies focused on lighting, shading, animation, physics, sound effectors, and rendering techniques, with finishing work in After Effects. These were not client deliverables, but they helped develop a visual vocabulary for motion, depth, and texture that carried into later production work.

Motion Graphics for Live Events
Short animations and compositions created while working as a video switcher for large-scale live event production. Several pieces mixed 2D and 3D elements for ultrawide large-format projection.
