Tiger Lily 101
  • Canola & Soy Oil, both zero transfat, are used for all our cooking and deep-frying. We use natural Whole Wheat, Oat Flour, and ground Flaxseeds in our batter for all deep-fried dishes.

  • Instead of using oil to precook vegetables, Tiger Lily does a quick pre-soak in boiling water, which reduces the oil in our dishes by half.

  • We use only Chicken Breast (lower in fat & cholesterol than thigh meat) in our Chicken entrees.

  • Our Tofu (rich in soy protein and calcium) is both gluten and preservative free.

  • Introducing Tiger Lily's Multi-Grain Rice - the tastiest home-made rice you'll find in town! A delectable combination brown, black and sweet red rice, Organic Oats and Pearl Barley, steamed to perfection with a touch of olive oil.
