KS Meeting Folders

These meeting handouts were produced in mass for Keystone Symposia’s average yearly conference attendees (approx. 12,000 annually). The “shells” were refreshed quarterly to feature a new Fellow or other Keystone Symposia initiative, while interior content was updated monthly to reflect new sponsorships.

An average spread included important attendee checklist, conference policies and guidelines, CEO & Chair forward and at least one featurette (the fun part). Pictured to the left was one such featurette, with content developed as part of a video profile I produced in Atlanta, GA. on Dr. Manu Platt.


Print Ads/Advertorials

As one of many media-in-kind partners, Keystone runs regular print ads in Science magazine. The “advertorial” was the first we’d run at the time, based on an interview conducted with one of Keystone Symposia’s scientific organizers to promote an upcoming meeting.

Typical placements would be “category” type ads, or to highlight Keystone Symposia scholarship opportunities, gift-giving or other Keystone Symposia initiatives.
